  • Lucent Nail Lounge is not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings or gift cards.

  • Although refunds for services are not provided, we are committed to resolving any concerns regarding the quality of our services.

  • A detailed price list is available; we encourage guests to confirm costs with our professionals before proceeding with any service.

  • Guests are responsible for their belongings and may be held liable for any damage to salon property during their visit.

  • If accompanied by children, we kindly request guests to ensure their supervision.

  • Photographs within the salon require prior approval.

  • We appreciate timely notifications for appointment cancellations.

  • We encourage guests to communicate their desired services clearly to ensure satisfaction.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period.

    If you are running late to your appointment please let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release your appointment.

    Less than 10 minutes late: We will do our best to complete the service in the allotted time leftover. You will still be charged full price for your service.

    Over 10 minutes late: Based on each individual appointment can try to accommodate.

  • While no deposit is required to book, a deposit may be required for future appointments if you fail to show up without prior notice.

    No refunds, all sales are final
